He stayed in Alton, Illinois while he was growing up and graduated from East Alton High School. He had three daughters with Lillian Hartley: Laura, Ronda, and Angie. Donald’s passion was computers and electronics. He was a smart man and loved the technology.
Donald is preceded in death by his parents, William and Dorothy; and daughter, Angie.
He is survived by his daughters, Laura (Gary) Emery and Ronda Martin; six grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 9-10 AM, service 10 AM, on Thursday, September 23, at Floral Hills Funeral Home, 7000 Blue Ridge Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64133. Burial will follow at Higginsville Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville, MO.
