

Inez was born in Hot Springs, Arkansas on May 9, 1925. Inez married Winslow Huntley in Hot Springs, Arkansas in 1944. Winslow and Inez came to Kansas City in 1950. She worked various retail positions at Sam’s Bargain Town in Kansas City, then in Raytown. She always enjoyed math and studied accounting while working retail. Inez worked at John Knox Village as an accountant for many years, retiring from John Knox. Inez, along with Winslow, were active members of Loma Vista Baptist Church. Inez and Winslow were both avid league bowlers playing in many tournaments.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Winslow; six brothers; and five sisters.
Inez is survived by her daughter, Frances Cauthon of Raytown, MO; son, Nathan Huntley (Denise) of Independence, MO; grandsons, Ronald Ailshire (Andrea), David Ailshire (Theresa); and Keith Huntley (Bekah); granddaughter, Christina Turner (Rick); eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
A visitation will be held from 1-2 PM, service 2 PM, on Thursday, November 4, at Floral Hills Funeral Home and Cemetery, 7000 Blue Ridge Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64133.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice in Inez’s name.
