Burial in Mount Moriah Terrace Park Cemetery. She was born in Sumner, MO. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, David West, and sister, Carol Passley. Survivors include daughter, Melissa Dannar, brothers, Kenneth and Raymond Milford, granddaughters, Harmennye and Kortney Roe, 4 great grandchildren, several nephews and nieces.
