Dustin Patrick Williams was born on August 26, 1974. From that day forward he lived his life to the fullest! He pursued many passions throughout his life which included remodeling his homes. Most of which he did himself. If he didn't know how to do something...He figured it out...one way or another! He loved the theatre. He and his life-long partner, Richard, took in many shows and enjoying the best of everything Kansas City had to offer. Especially it's restaurants! His true passion, however, was cars. He absolutely loved cars! Whether looking at them online, building models of them, or detailing his own, he could spend hours talking about his favorite cars. When he wasn't indulging in his passions, he spent time with his "second family" of friends he had made over his lifetime.
He was extremely kind, funny, smart, and generous. He would sit for hours with a friend who just needed someone to listen. Spend weekends with his dear friends, Ray and Brendan, at their Raytown home, where he enjoyed playing with their dogs and baking. While there is so much more to Dustin that deserves to be said and so much more life there was for him to live the space here and the time he had here were both too short. Dustin passed away on January 16, 2018 surrounded by friends and family. He is survived by his mother, Sandra Oliver (Ragan); his father, Michael Norland; two brothers, Scott Williams and his wife, Seri and James Norland; step-father, Paul Williams; as well as his partner of many years, Richard Jungck.
