She was born Dec 9, 1916 in McAlester, Oklahoma and lived most of her adult life in the Kansas City area.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willis D. Sapp, and is survived by her son, Paul W. Sapp and daughter-in-law, Mary A. Sapp, of Mission Viejo, California.
Eileen was a graduate of Central High School, Muskogee, Oklahoma and attended Kansas City Junior College. She was a bookkeeper at A&P and Butler Manufacturing in Kansas City. She was a former member of Raytown Christian Church and Unity Village Chapel and active in the GFWC Heart of America Girls Town Club including 17 years as president.
A Celebration of Life for Eileen will be held on Friday, June 28, at Mt Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64131.
