Cecelia immigrated to America in the mid 1950's. She met her soon to be husband, JB (Jay) Lamar and married in 1965. She was an avid knitter. Cecelia knitted baby hats for the needy for years. She was a committed slot player at the Argosy casino. She loved going to the movies and spending time with her family.
Cecelia was preceded in death by her parents Timothy and Ellen O'Carroll, Her husband Jay, and her brothers Jerry, Danny, and Morris, sisters Kitty, and Peggie(best friend). She is survived by her son Greg (Tammy), grandson, Jon, sister Teresa, and numerous nieces and nephews.
