Emaleta May Kaiser

Emaleta May Kaiser, 92, Liberty, passed peacefully on March 11, 2015. Services are Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Little Sisters of the Poor, 8745 James A Reed Road, Kansas City. Visitation will precede the service from 9:00 to 10:00 AM.

Emaleta was born July 20, 1922 to John and Rosie Sheppard of Moberly, MO. In her teens, she moved to Brunswick, MO where she met and married Denzel Kaiser. The two enjoyed 74 years of marriage together. In 1960, the family moved to Liberty.

Emaleta was preceded in death by her parents, son Gary DeWayne Kaiser and granddaughter Aimee Jo Kaiser. She is survived by her husband, Denzel; sons Larry (Diana) and Sam (Lisa), and daughter Vicki Kaiser; grandchildren Kurtis, Kristina, Patrick, Anne, Michael and Jami; and seven great-grandchildren.
