Evelyn Jean Tucker, 92,of Leawood, KS, passed away January 24, 2012 at Kansas City Hospice House. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 1st, at Leawood United Methodist Church, 2915 W. 95th St., Leawood, KS 66206 with reception following. Burial in Mt. Moriah Cemetery South, 10507 Holmes Rd. “E.T.” was born March 3, 1919 in Flint, MI, daughter of Kenneth C. and Kathryn L. (Pardee) McCredie. Evelyn married Robert K. “Bob” Tucker on January 24, 1944. He preceded her in death February 10, 2005. She had lived in Leawood since the 1970s. She was an active member of the Leawood United Methodist Church. She is survived by sisters Sue and Kathryn of Michigan, brother Donald of California, two wonderful grandchildren Alan Robert and Kelly, daughter-in-law Sondra, nieces and nephews.
