Frank Eugene Reynolds,75, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away September 16, 2011 at Kansas City Hospice House. No services at this time. Mr. Reynolds was born January 1, 1936 in Springfield, Missouri, son of Earnest and Dorothy (Chamlee) Reynolds. He had worked as a investement broker.
