Frank grew up in Catasauqua Pennsylvania and moved to Kansas City, MO in 1979 to serve at the Stonecroft Ministries International Headquarters for 26 years. He went on to work for the Johnson County Community College for 10 years. Frank was known on the campus for spreading his faith in Jesus Christ through his poetry. He was a man of integrity who always put his family first. He will be missed by his wife, Janice Spayd; daughters, Liz and husband Kevin Faughn, Allayne and husband Barry Clegg; his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be at the family's convenience.
