Funeral services were held at Mount Moriah Cemetery South.
Frank was born October 10, 1921 in Centralia, Missouri to Amy Estelle (Galbreath) Barclay and William Cyrus Barclay. After high school, Frank joined the US Army Air Force, He achieved the rank of SGT and moved to the 509 Bomb Squad in Great Bend, Kansas. There he married Betty Lewis in March 7, 1945. After his discharge they moved to Kansas City, Missouri for the next 30 years.
In the early 1950’s Frank along with 2 partners founded Christianson Barclay and Shaw Advertising and Public Relations Company, He held the office of President of CBS for 25 Years. In 1975 he sold his share of the company and he and Betty Retired.
Frank was preceded in death by son Gary Frank Barclay and wife Betty Barclay. He was survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Patricia Barclay, 2 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
