Gail was born on August 14, 1957 in Seneca, KS to Galen G. and Cora Anne Heiman. She grew up in Kansas City, MO and was a graduate of Winnetonka High School. She lived her entire adult life in North Kansas City. She was a 33 year employee of North Kansas City Hospital, which was not only her place of work, but a place she considered her second home. Gail had many challenges in her life, but also had the incredible ability to remember every birthday of everyone she knew. She had a special love for all things Disney and particularly enjoyed wearing and sharing Mickey Mouse in any way she could. She will have an everlasting legacy as a caring and gentle woman who never knew a stranger. She will be missed greatly by all.
Gail was preceded in death by her parents Galen and Cora Anne and brother Kevin L. Heiman. She is survived by brothers; Duane (Cathy), David (Debby), Steven (Lou Ann), Arlie (Gidget) and sister Susan (Mike) Carney. She also has a beloved extended family of eleven nieces and nephews, fourteen grand nieces and nephews and many dear cousins and friends.
