George was also a certified arbitrator, and was frequently asked to resolve legal disputes out of court.
George married Gloria Jenvey (born in Trinidad in the West Indies) in 1950. They had three children: Vicki, Nancy, and Robert. George and Gloria were married for 60 devoted years, until Gloria’s death in 2010.
George is survived by his three children and three grandchildren, Jeremy, Kelly, and Michael, and his younger brother Vernon.
George was kind and courteous to all he encountered, and will be remembered for his ready smile and sense of humor. He loved spending time with his family, especially at Christmas, his favorite holiday.
