Georgia Marie Knoor, 73, of Grandview, Missouri, passed away on Friday, May 28, 2010 surrounded by her loving family and special friends. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 1, at Mt. Moriah and Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64131. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 2, at the funeral home with burial in Benton Green Cemetery in Osceola, Missouri. Georgia was born and raised in St. Clair County, Missouri. She was united in marriage to Charles A. Knoor, Sr. on April 20, 1957. She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Mildred (Huff) Moore, brothers Charles and Keith Moore, niece Mendy and nephews David and Scotty. She is survived by her husband Charles, children Donnie (Pam) Moore, Sheila (Rusty) Sullivan, Chuck Knoor and girlfriend Joannie, ten grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, brother Gordon (Sandy) Moore, nieces, nephews, extended family, especially Roxzy and Rose, and many great friends.
