Georgia Lee Vutich, 87, passed away February 15, 2014 at Golden Living of Smithville. Funeral services are 11:00 AM Tuesday, February 18th at the McGilley Antioch Chapel where a visitation is scheduled from 6-8 PM Monday. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
Georgia was born February 22, 1926 in Parsons, KS and had lived most of her life in Kansas City. She was employed by the American Can Company and later worked at St. Mary’s Hospital when she retired. Her hobbies included creating stained glass and her love of dancing. Georgia was preceded in death by her husband, John Vutich in 1975, a son, Michael Vutich in 1988, and brothers, Roy Kelley, Eugene Kelley and Darrell Kelley.
Survivors include daughter, Karen Arciszewski; granddaughters, Angie (Jeff) Geyer and Tammy McKenzie; and great grandchildren, Taylor McKenzie, Camrie McKenzie, Jordan Geyer and Jared Geyer. The family wishes to thank Cross Roads Hospice for their service and support.
