Gerald Emmett Reece, age 53, of Kansas City, Kansas passed away suddenly at home on Friday, November 28, 2014. Memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 11, at the Chapel of Hope in Mount Moriah Cemetery South, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri.
Jerry was born in Kansas City, Missouri on September 25, 1961. A graduate of Harmon High School in Kansas City, Kansas, Jerry was employed as a service technician his entire career, specializing in HVAC technology. Jerry enjoyed life, and he especially enjoyed the company of his friends.
Jerry was preceded in death by his father, Robert Emmett Reece. He is survived by his son, Justin; mother, Sybil; brothers Donn and Keith; sister Carolyn; also by an extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces
