GERALD F. WELLS Gerald “Jerry” Wells, 83, of Overland Park, KS, passed away October 18, 2014, at St. Luke’s South Hospital. Funeral 2PM Thursday, Oct. 23, at Floral Hills, visitation 1PM. Burial at Floral Hills. Jerry was born Feb. 26, 1931, in Tulsa, OK, to Joe R. & Sue (Houchin) Wells. He graduated from Central High School in 1948 and began his career as a Glazier. He was a proud, retired Life Member of Glazier’s Local #558. Jerry served in the U.S. Army and the National Guard. He married Rose, the love of his life, in 1951. Jerry & Rose loved to travel and had wonderful, exciting experiences traveling the world. His other joy was watching TV in his favorite leather recliner.
