Glenda was born November 14, 1950 to Billie Jean and Novie Glen Collins in Milan, Missouri. Glenda graduated from Center High School in 1968. She met the love of her life, Danny Williams and they were married that same year. She was a sincere friend to many, a loving wife, mom, daughter, sister, aunt, and grandma. She worked for Marley Cooling Towers for 29 years. Glenda was loved by all who knew her. She was kind, generous, and never met a stranger.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jamie; brother, Gary; and her parents. She is survived by her husband, Danny; sons Shawn (Janie-Marie), Chad; grandchildren, Joseph and Sydney; brothers, Donnie (Sandy) and Rob (Danille); sisters, Lisa Pettet (Mark) Amy Snyder (Andrew), and extended family including many nieces and nephews.
Glenda will be celebrated at a service held at Manna Fellowship Church in Pleasant Hill, Missouri
on Saturday, July 24th at noon. Visitation with the family will be the hour prior to the service at the church.
