Our loving daughter, Hannah Louise Smith-Hallowell went to be with the Lord on June 6, 2012. We were proud to have been her parents for the month and a half we had her. Hannah was born at St. Joseph Medical Center on April 16th, 2012. She was three-weeks premature, but in perfect health. She is survived by her parents Heather Smith and Jason Hallowell; sister Jessica Smith; brothers Kaeden Forsbeck, Elijah Forsbeck, and Edwin Hallowell. along with many cousins, aunts and uncles; and her grandparents Kent Hallowell and Rita Hallowell. On Saturday ,June 16th, the visitation will begin at 12noon with services at 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Moriah & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64131. Graveside service will follow in Mount Moriah Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, we are asking for donations to the Hannah Smith-Hallowell burial fund.
