Harriet E. O’Dwyer, age 87, of Overland Park, KS passed away on April 30th, 2015 peacefully at home. Funeral will be 1:00PM, Tuesday, May 5th at Mt. Moriah, Newcomer, & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Rd. with burial at Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00PM-8:00PM, Monday, May 4th at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 10520 Barkley St, Ste. 100, Kansas City, KS and American Heart Association, 6800 W. 93rd St, Overland Park, KS.
Mrs. O’Dwyer was born October 28th, 1927 in Kansas City, MO. She had worked as a medical office manager for several doctors in the greater Kansas City area. She was a lifelong member of Community Christian Church. She enjoyed arts and crafts, and square dancing. She was a devoted wife and mother. Mrs. O’Dwyer is survived by her son Mike O’Dwyer (Bonnie) and numerous nieces and nephews.
