HAZEL MAE SMITH Hazel Smith, 89, passed away April 10, 2016. Funeral services will be 10am, Friday, April 15, 2016, at Floral Hills. Burial will follow. Visitation will be 6-8pm, Thursday, at the chapel. Hazel was born March 9, 1927, in Everton, Arkansas, to Hugh and Edna Morris. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years; Junior C. Smith; a daughter, Edna Marie Smith; siblings: Lois Archer, Ruby Smith, Betty Hennessey and Coy Morris. Survivors include her children and their spouses: Retired Lt. Col. Jim and Stephanie Smith; and Elaine and Chuck Copenhaver; grandchildren and their spouses: James and Makaela Smith Jr, Stacy and Brian Keller, Kristy and Joe Dailey, Robyn and Brian Day; sister: Bessie Blair; great grandchildren: Tyler, Katie, Kyle, Zach, Logan, Aiden, Ella and Carson.
