Hector Jauregui, 73 of Kansas City, MO died at July 19, 2015. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 31, 2015 at Sacred Heart/Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 2544 Madison, KCMO, with visitation at 10 a.m. Cremation.
Hector was born August 9, 1941 in Kansas City MO to Marcello Jauregui and Haydee List Jauregui. He graduated from Redemptorist High School where he was the captain of the basketball team. He worked for KCP&L for 39 years before retiring as warehouse supervisor. Hector was preceded in death by his wife Carmella in 2003, parents and one grandson, Rio Barnes Ellis Jauregui. Hector’s survivors include two sons, Cory and Shannon, both of Kansas City, MO; five grandchildren, Desirae, Kaycee, Kayla, Dante and Adrianna and many other extended family members and friends.
