Helen Kopulos

A private burial was held at Mount Moriah Cemetery.

Helen was born August 10, 1931 to Steve and Panagiota Sakoulas. She met her first husband, Gus at a church picnic when she was 17 years old. They wed two years later and were married for 38 years until Gus's unexpected passing in 1989 while vacationing in Mexico. She later married Frank Toplikar in 2001 who passed away in 2017.

Helen worked in the family business Regal Distributing until her retirement in 1992. Happy times were Sundays and holiday family dinners. Her hobbies included interior design and gardening. She was active in her church and lifelong member of the Ladies Philoptohos Society.

Preceding her in death were her parents, her husbands Gus and Frank, her daughters Mary Dickerson and Pamala Kopulos, sisters Nicoletta Madouras, and Angie Kapnistos, and brother Sam Sakoulas. She is survived by sons Greg (Mimi) Kopulos and Dean (Karen) Kopulos. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren, brother George Sakoulas and sister-in-law Evelyn Kopulos. She also leaves behind many niece, nephews & friends.
