She was born in Kansas City, Missouri on May 22, 1938, She carried a light from the very beginning that touched everyone she met. Her family was her greatest joy, and she possessed a rare gift for turning ordinary moments into cherished memories. Though she is no longer here, her love remains deeply rooted in the hearts of those who knew her. May her memory be a blessing, and may her light continue to guide those who loved her.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Leslie N. Lewis Jr.; her father, Harold Pellow; and her mother, Thelma Pellow.
Her legacy lives on through her surviving family, including her 2 children, 5 grandchildren, 1 step-grandchild, 8 great-grandchildren, 3 step-great-grandchildren, and her brother.
