Henry was born November 11, 1957 in Kansas City, Missouri and grew up in Raytown, Missouri.
He graduated from Raytown South High School in 1976 and served in the United States Coast Guard for four years as a Petty Officer 1st Class Radarman.
After his time in the military, he began his career as a Truck Driver for Florida Moving and Storage for many years. After moving to the Denver area he worked several jobs until illness took over.
Steve had a sweet and gentle spirit. It was hard not to love him.
He was preceded in death by his father Henry and his mother Lenora.
He is survived by his wife Diane, his daughters Sara Kaye and Amanda, six grandchildren, a great-grandchild and his brother Clayton (Jean).
