Howard E. Pressly was born December 24, 1933 to Lee and Katherine (Leinweber) Pressly, and died January 15, 2015, at his home. He was a lifelong resident of Lee’s Summit with the exception of two years in the Army in Korea. July 1, 1970, he was married to his wife, Shirley. With her came five almost-teen-aged daughters 11-18. Deborah McCormick (husband Richard), Cheryl Feeback, Cynthia Satterfield, Connie Wisniewski and Kathy Neal (husband Eddie). In addition he leaves seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, a brother, Laurence and his wife Janet, and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Doris Cooper, Shirley Brummett, and Nancy Oates. A Celebration of Life service will be 2pm, Wednesday, March 11, 2015, at Floral Hills.
