Irene Joan Serlin, 90, formerly of Coconut Creek, Florida, passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2010 at the Kansas City Hospice House in Kansas City, Missouri. Graveside services will be 1:45 p.m. on Thursday, October 21, 2010 at the Star of David Memorial Gardens in North Lauderdale, Florida. Shivah will be held at Irene's home at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 24, 2010. Irene was born September 3, 1920 in Poland. She was the daughter of Morris and Bella Seigel. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Serlin, in 2008. She is survived by her daughter, Tina S. Shea and her husband, Kevin of Lenexa, Kansas and grandchildren, Joshua and Jessica.
