James Willis Lowry was born March 4, 1940 to Roy and Margaret Lowry in Topeka, Kansas. He passed away October 2, 2013 at New Mark Care Center in Kansas City, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Linda Mutzbauer. He is survived by his wife, June; son, Dennis Lowry (Julie); daughter, Karen Lowry; brother, Richard Lowry and son-in-law, Erich Mutzbauer; three grandchildren, Janica and Dalton Lowry, Justin Mutzbauer and several nieces and nephews.
