David, Carol, and Diane,  Jim put the "neighbor" in neighborhood.  Never has anyone made us feel so welcome while walking our boxer.  We weren't always too sure if it was us or the dog he was so excited to see!  All will miss his stories, opinions, and antidotes of life.  Love to all of you and Buddy too!
