Jane Marie Hight

Jane Marie Hight, 100, of Kansas City, Kansas, died peacefully at her home on Monday, April 19, 2004. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, April 23 at St. Agnes Church, 53rd and Mission. Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery, Kansas City, Missouri. Friends may call from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Friday at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to either the church or Hospice Care of Kansas.

Mrs. Hight was born on November 10, 1903 in Kansas City, Missouri to John and Sarah (Hedderman) Harvey. In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Hight, Sr., on December 27, 1958; her 11 brothers and sisters, Robert, John, Joe, James, Francis, Leo, Lillie, Hazel, Agnes, Delphine, Dorthea, and their spouses. Jane is survived by three sons, Edward Hight and his wife ,Edna, of Roeland Park, Kansas, James Hight and his wife, Rose, of Bella Vista, Arkansas, and John Hight of Kansas City, Kansas; 8 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great- granddaughter; and many nieces and nephews.
