She is survived by her son, Rich Meyers; beloved granddaughter, Grace Meyers of Olathe, Kansas; as well as many close friends and family.
Jan was a creative soul. She loved making things and sharing her gifts and talents with others.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, Jan would appreciate donations to one of her favorite places, KC Pet Project. As many of you know she loved animals, especially those with special needs or those overlooked by others. She adopted several animals from KC Pet Project over the years and really loved the things they did to help animals in need.
