Jeff Cavanaugh, 42, of Independence, Missouri, passed away Thursday, December 6, 2012. Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 11 and funeral services at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 12 at River Boulevard, Baptist Church 3212 N. River Blvd., Independence, Missouri 64050. Graveside services to follow Wednsday at 2:00 p.m. in Mt. Moriah Cemetery, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri, 64131. In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to the Jeff Cavanaugh Trust Fund, C/O Theresa Swank at Hawthorn Bank. Jeff was born on July 31, 1970, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Robert T. Cavanaugh, Sr. and Theresa Swank. Jeff leaves behind his parents, and stepfather David Swank, and four children Chris, Katie, Caleb, and Kylee Cavanaugh.
