Jennifer Ann Newman

Jennifer Ann Newman; a beloved wife, mother, sister, daughter, aunt and friend, passed away peacefully on September 21st at the age of 70.

She will be remembered for her generous heart, unwavering love, and the warmth she brought into the lives of those around her. Above all she was a devoted wife and mother who made her family her greatest priority. Her love was expressed in countless ways - in comforting words, quiet sacrifices, shared laughter, and the steady presence her family could always depend upon.

Jennifer had a gift for making people feel cared for and welcome. She cherished time with her family and friends. She was a devoted follower of Christ who attended Raymore Presbyterian Church for over thirty years. Her kindness, strength, wisdom and sense of humor touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.

She is survived by her husband, Jeb Newman, her sons Stuart (Bisma) and Caleb (Angela), and her daughter, Cara (Alex). She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Carolyn Bridges, her brother Robert Bridges Jr., her sister Lynne Booker, and her brother Christopher Bridges.

Though her absence leaves an immeasurable void, her love remains a part of all who knew her. Her family finds comfort in the memories she gave them and in the many lives she touched throughout the years.

She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered and forever held in our hearts.

A service celebrating Jennifer's life will be held at a date to be determined by Jennifer's family.
