Jessie was truly a joy to be around - her warmth making everyone feel like an old friend. I reflect fondly on our time together, including crazy PDT trips. I included a photo from our first PDT as an ABOD team.
During our time together, Jessie shared so many amazing stories. I loved hearing about her diverse experiences - living all over the country and differing career paths leading to OIG. I particularly loved hearing stories about her time in Alaska, as I dream of visiting someday.
My heart goes out to her family during this time. I hope there is some solice in that Jessie's memory lives on within so many people.

I only crossed paths with Jessie a few times while working together at USDA OIG, but that was enough for me to discover what a kind, genuine person she was. She seemed to always have a smile on her face and kind word to say. The world needs more people like Jessie, and we were all fortunate to have her with us. My thoughts and prayers are with Jessie's family, friends, and co-workers as they celebrate her life.

Jessie always made your day better as a co-worker. You could tell she was a true lover of people-and of telling stories! And she always tried to make personal connections- it only took about 10 minutes after meeting her the first time for her to discover that my wife teaches at her old middle school! I'd imagine that many others have stories of a fun connection that Jessie discovered. I will miss her, and my sympathies to her family.

My deepest condolences to the family. Jessie was a pleasure to work with. She had the sweetest voice and personality. On our free time, we would discuss the newest nutritional ideas and she would always give me advice on what best to eat. I will surely miss our talks.

Jessie and I worked together once or twice during my time at OIG. She embodied the quote, "People may forget what you say or do, but they will never forget how you make them feel." With every interaction I had with Jessie, her kindness and empathy shone through (even when discussing mundane work matters), and I always felt glad to be able to cross paths with her. I will miss her warmth and kindness above all. Please accept my sincerest condolences on your loss of Jessie.

She was a joy to work with and always loved being teased when she giving me instructions to do something and I would say NO!
We would laugh and she knew I would do as expected.
Rest in Peace Jesse
