Jiles Patrick Cramer, 68, passed away on August 7, 2024, in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. Born on December 9, 1955, in Sedalia, Missouri, Jiles was a beloved figure in his community and a devoted family man.
Jiles was known for his deep love for his family, especially his grandson, Kason, with whom he shared a special bond. Described as a man who would do anything for his loved ones, Jiles was often seen alongside Kason, truly embodying the role of a doting grandfather. His presence was a constant source of joy and comfort to his family.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara; daughter, Rachel; grandson, Kason; sisters, Sara (Jeff) Biskup and Renee (Kevin) Hunter; nieces and nephews, Leah (Kyle) Coady (children Molly, Lily, Teddy, and Mckenzie), Ryan (Paige) Biskup (children Hattie and Josie), Livia (Josh) Smith (children Riley and Nora), Andrew Hunter, and Sydney Hunter. Jiles was preceded in death by his parents, Dwight and Suzanne Cramer.
A Visitation for Jiles will be held Friday, August 16, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, MO 64131. A Funeral Service will follow at 1:00 PM. A Committal Service will follow in Mount Moriah Cemetery South.
