Jill Bowman was born on July 27, 1949 in Amity, Missouri. Daughter of Maxine Crossley and Earl Reno. She passed away on September 3, 2019 at the age of 70. She lived with her loving husband John Bowman.
Jill adored her family and joyfully shared her love for those close to her. She loved music, dancing, loved to fill the room with her laughter and always enjoyed sharing her fun nature with friends and family. She worked hard and made bringing love and joy to those around her a priority. Her happiness was truly bringing joy to those she loved. She lived to fill lives around her with love and bring smiles and warm hugs to every occasion.
She was an avid and passionate Chiefs fan. She shared a love of classic sports cars and loved to cruise around with her husband John. She loved to turn up the music and dance at any given moment. She enjoyed entertaining family and friends, organizing celebrations and sharing life with loved ones. She adored her children and grandchildren. She had a playful and fun nature and often filled the room with her laughter. She enjoyed collecting frogs and well, let's be honest, a lot of other things... Passionate shopper and gift giver.
Jill is survived by husband John Bowman, mother-in-law Norma Bowman, sister Annette Wild, brother Kevin Moore, son Paul Nelson, daughter Desiree Murphy, step-daughter Brandy Strock, grandchildren Julianna, Annabelle, Natalie, Landon, Rylan and Lincoln.
A Visitation will be held from 2:00pm to 3:00pm followed by a Memorial Service at 3:00pm on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home at 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri.
