Alisha, Matt, and Mike, I was so sad to hear of JoAnne's passing. My kids and I met her at the pool last summer so I only knew her for a year, but I truly treasured her friendship, she was so kind...I miss her and I am very sorry for your loss.

I enjoyed working with Joanne over the years.  We talked from time to time after I left the office.  Mike I know that you and the kids will miss her.  I offer condolences to you and the family.

Don’t cry for me, I’m going on to a better place even though to you I’ve died.

It is easy to light a candle for JoAnne, she certainly lit many of them in the lives of her co-workers from HUD.  We all remember her kind heart and her generous nature.  She never missed anyone's birthday. She will be sorely missed.
