Some of my best memories of John were going to the lake or especially on our May 3rd trips to Chicago. He was such a prankster and constantly kept us laughing. He will truly be missed! My condolences and prayers to the family.

John was a few years ahead of me in school. And he always gave me a hard time in a nice way. I always knew he was joking with me. Nothing but fond memories of him. Condolences to his family you are in my prayers!

I'm so sorry for your loss Carri, Jenny and the rest of the family. Your dad was always so much fun. Of course the Jones clan has TONS of memories of John, especially at the lake. Most predominant in my mind are Snake Man and the relentless, toutourous tickles from Uncle Mister Majestic. Love you all. Xoxo

WOW! So many, 50+ years of unconditional friendship, John was always there if you needed anything.
I know it's already been said but John would always light up a room whenever he entered, and we all know that smile.
I can't list a favorite memory because all of the time I shared with John was my favorite.
I was lucky enough to be with John just before he passed, we shared stories and we laughed, I will cherish that time forever.
