Dr Enenbach was my favorite , and most memorable instructor.  I had several classes with him.  His lectures, teaching style and all the personal stories that he shared with us made it easy.  I learned so much from him, and have used that knowledge throughout my life.  I was just quoting him last night.  
He was tough. I remember the times that he called on a student to answer a question, and if he couldn't answer, he would slam his book down on the desk and remind us that he had his education , if we didn't care, he didn't either, and would just walk out! I was an A student in every one of his classes, I was probably afraid not to be! 
I remember how he would sit on top of his desk. Having a drink and smoking a cigarette. It was allowed back then, lol.
I am grateful that I had the opportunity to learn from him over those years, and even later when I would randomly pop in to visit, ask his opinion on career options, etc. I was an older student, not just out of high school. And I remember him saying in our evening classes, that he preferred older students, the ones who had been out in the world and realized that they needed their education. That really stuck. And he was right.
I can only imagine how many lives that were impacted by him.

Mr.Enenbach was a Criminal law instructor at Penn Valley between 76-77. He nonsense, but we loved his. You had to be prepared, he would randomly call on students. If you weren't in your assigned seat you were marked absent.lol  Rest Well,Sir.




Ken was a longtime friend and mentor.  became acquainted with Ken as his student at the then Penn Valley Community College and worked as his student assistant.  Ken was instrumental in my selection of a college major and subsequent acceptance at the Independence Regional Center for Criminal Justice (Kansas City regional police academy) and later employment with the University of Missouri at Kansas City Police Department.  After leaving the Kansas City area for a number of years, I and my wife Janet returned to the Kansas City area and renewed our friendship with Ken who was always gracious when we visited.  I will always remember the baseball games we attended together the Royals and T Bones and the many humorous emails Ken initiated or forwarded from a number of other sources.  We will miss him greatly.

Ken's influence helped me in pursuing my career as a federal agent.  He was a devout Christian, my mentor and close friend for many years. I will miss him...

Ken did so much for his friends.  He lived his life for others.  Knowing and working with him was a pleasure.  Rest now, my friend.  I will see you later.

Ken's last job was as the Public Defender in Pleasant Valley Municipal Court. His expertise will be missed in our Court.

Ken and my husband were friends for a long time, he was a great person and were glad to have the honor of knowing him.

Ken was the major influence in my choosing law enforcement for a career and we remained friends until his death. My ONLY teacher I ever stayed in touch with after graduating. A lifetime of good advice and good friendship.

Ken will be sorely missed.  A good friend.  Farewell and hurry to your new home with the Lord.

I used to talk to Ken on ham radio.  He was quite a guy.  His callsign was KC0WX.

I am grateful for the life of Mr. Enenbach.  Thanks to his service and to the service of others in our armed forces, my family and I have been able to lead our lives in freedom and peace.
