I just learned of Terry's passing.  I am so sorry for the Isaacson family.  I played bridge with Terry in the Avila Bridge group for many years.  We always enjoyed our games with him and Butch.  He will be greatly missed by the entire group.  My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I am so very sorry to hear about your husbands passing. I met you both at your son Mark's wedding and I am his wife's good friend. Only having been around Terry for their wedding; I saw what a wonderful husband, father and Grandfather he was. Very kind and gentle in nature. Debbie talks the world of Terry...I know they all will miss him very much.I know many people are all the better for knowing him...he will be missed for sure.

My condolenences to the Isaacson family. I had the pleasure of working with Terry in Iowa for 7 months, I learned more from Terry than I would have ever learned anywhere else. I will miss him very much, I felt like I knew him my entire life. My prayers are with you and your family.

Please accept our heartfelt condolences for your loss.  Terry was a very special friend of mine for over forty years that spanned most of our careers in FHWA and FEMA. My wife, Marilyn and our daughter Annie also worked with him at various times and places on FEMA assignments. His passing came as a sudden surprise to us, but our memory of him will always be that of a warm, kind, fun-loving and generous soul. The Isaacson familiy is in our thoughts and prayers.

Tom and I were so sorry to hear of Terry's passing.  We offer our heartfelt condolences to your family.  Terry has been a wonderful neighbor at the lake - always willing to offer a hand or advice as the need arose.  I can't tell you how many times he has offered crappie if our luck had been bad. He was a truly generous man.  We will miss seeing him puttering around the yard and the smell of his pipe.  God bless you all.

I first met Terry when I was an FHWA trainee in the DC Division in 1968.  Reconnected with him when Mikey and I moved to Region 7 in 1975, and have considered him a good friend and mentor since.  Mikey and I extend our sincere sympathy and prayers for Terry's family.

The Isaacson Family, Terry was a good man.  He will give the shirt off his back.  Since '96, I was glad to get to know him during FEMA disaster deployments. He always had an open door to anyone to visit him at his 2nd home in the Ozark.  I will never forget my boat ride on his OLD boat stuck out there in the water (LOL); and his fast cooking down.  So many thoughts and funny things I have seen in Terry.  RIP Terry and the family are in my thoughts and prayer.

Judy I was really shocked when Dewey called me the other night and told that Terry had passed away. I am so glad we got to see you guys at the last reunion in Phoenix. I will never forget the great times we had  together in Austin where we all learned to water ski. I will always remember Terry as one of my great best friends.

We are very sorry to hear of Terry's passing. As his Lake of the Ozark neighbors, we will truly miss him. I've known him my entire life and have many good memories. I can picture him now fishing, hopping on the 4-wheeler for a ride, doing yardwork, sitting out on the deck or watching the grandkids swim.      Although I didn't know Terry that well, he and I were namesakes of a sort.  When I joined BPR (FHWA) in 1965, Terry was in the DC Division.  I enjoyed working with him and am sorry to hear of his passing.  I do remember when I recieved a promotion in the late 60's I received a congratulatory note from Frank Turner's brother Roger, who was deputy administrator in Kansas City. He thought I was Terry, and he worked with Terry's dad in KC.  My thoughts are with your family.

The entire Isaacson family, please accept my most sincere condolenences.  I had the great pleasure of working with Terry in 2008 in Missouri and I still cherish that time.He was quick to share his vast knowledge with anyone that would listen.  He helped mold me into the way that I do things today within FEMA, for that, I will always be thankful!Miss Judy, he loved you dearly and always spoke of you often and as how you were his guiding light!You children, he always touted your achievements but never once did I hear him speak of any of your faults!  You must not be like my children!My prayers are with you and he will be missed by many, but I know not in the way that you will miss him! God give confort to you all!

We are so Sorry to hear Terry has passed away.  Terry and I worked together closely at FEMA disastors many times and my wife and I visited with him at your Lake Cabin when we were not working.  Terry was one of the best hearted men I have known, we will miss him greatly both as a work partner and friend.
