John Vincent Slatinsky, 62, of Grandview, MO passed away peacefully on January 5, 2024. A memorial will be held 5-8pm Friday, January 19th at McGilley State Line Chapel, 12301 State Line Road, Kansas City, MO.
John is preceded in death by his parents, Helen and John Slatinsky. He is survived by his sisters, Kathy (Mike), Rita (Gary), Janis (Steve); nieces and nephews; his daughters Cassie Lewis, and Kayla (Mike) Welch, and his beloved grandchildren; Nikki, Chrissi, and Wyatt.
John, also known as Johnny to many, loved his family and friends. His grandchildren brought him so much joy and he loved being with them. For fun he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He spent his career in construction, a skill set he shared with his dad. Please join us January 19th as we celebrate his life.
