John Franklin Stacer, Jr., 95, Smithville, MO, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2013. There will be no services. Family requests memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Association. Mr. Stacer was born July 4, 1917 in Grain Valley, MO. He is survived by two sons, John D. Stacer and Doug J. Stacer; two daughters, Cecelia Jessie and Louise Alexander; nine grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
