John was born June 26, 1933, in Downs, Kansas to the late John D. and Laura Edna (Masters) Zumwalt. John is survived by his wife Patricia; 3 sons David (Fe), Doug (Edith) and Scott.
A memorial gathering for John will be held Saturday, May 6, 2023, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at McGilley & Sheil Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 11924 East 47th Street, Kansas City, MO 64133, followed by a memorial service with military honors from 2:00 PM.
