Josefine Tiffany, 89, of Independence, MO passed away on March 18, 2014. Visitation from 6-7:30pm on Thursday, March 20th at the McGilley & Sheil Chapel with rosary recited at 7:30pm. Mass of Christian Burial 10am Friday at Nativity of Mary Catholic Church, 10010 E. 40 HWY, Indep., MO. Interment following in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
Josefine was born October 24, 1924 in Matzenbach, Germany to Josef & Kreszentia Eschmann. She was a long time member of Nativity of Mary Parish and belonged to their Altar Society. Her hobbies included gardening, knitting & cooking.
Josefine was preceded in death by her husband, Lt. Col. William A. Tiffany in 1995. She is survived by their daughter, Tina Tiffany.
