Joyce made all funeral arrangements with Floral Hills Funeral Home. A visitation will take place Thursday, May 1, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM, concluding with a graveside at 3:00 PM at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
Joyce had worked as a secretary for a few years before becoming a stay-at-home mom. She found great joy in traveling; especially road trips to California with her grandchildren, bowling with friends, and baking cakes for those she loved.
Joyce was a member of Pleasant View Christian Church. She was very active in the TOPS organization.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Blanche (John) Castle and Kenneth (Veda) Kiser, and her sisters; Barbara Cali and Jerrie Fossey.
Joyce is survived by her beloved husband of 72 years, Ralph (Toby) Haskins; daughters Valerie Olvera, Diana Hull, Donna Holsworth, and Janet (Jeff) Trease; her sister, Shirley Weaver; and brother Kenneth (Anne) Kiser; five grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
