Survivors include children, Karen Ruggles, Judy Hays, Dan Pence and Rusty Pence; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, March 5, 2016 at the Appleton City (MO) Cemetery where Joyce and Charles will be laid to rest together. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Lung Association.
