Juanita Roos, 91, passed away Dec. 16, 2016. Visitation will be from 1-2 PM Thursday, Dec. 22, 2016 at Floral Hills Funeral Home with funeral services beginning at 2. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Juanita was born in St. Louis, MO and had lived in this area most of her life She worked as a clerk for Continental Insurance Company for 10 years, retiring in 2000. Juanita was a member of the United Methodist Church of the Resurrection, Overland Park, KS. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph C. Roos, Jr. and 4 siblings, Survivors include 3 sons Jerry, Paul and Joseph, III Roos; 2 granddaughters and 1 great granddaughter.
