She was born May 12, 1959 in St. Louis, MO to James Palmer and Rita (Bourke) Palmer. She graduated from Westport High School and went on to receive her bachelor’s degree from UMKC. She was employed by Commerce Bank.
Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Maureen Palmer, Susan Palmer and Matt Palmer. She is survived by brother, James Palmer Jr and sister-in-law, Bethene Gregg.
Kathleen was a friend to all and loved birds and flowers.
