Kathryn E. McGilley, age 74, passed away on June 18, 2026.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at Church of the Nativity, 3800 W. 119th Street, Leawood, KS. Kathy will be laid to rest immediately after Mass in Moriah Cemetery South, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, MO. Reception to follow.
