

Kenneth O'neil Jackson, Jr., 72, passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2025 at his home in Pueblo, Colorado. He was born on Tuesday, October 7, 1952 in Moberly, Missouri to Kenneth O. Jackson, Sr. and Kay F. Jackson (Woods). Kenneth, affectionately known as “Kenny” by family and friends, grew up in Salisbury, MO. He graduated from Salisbury High School and attended Lincoln University. Kenny was a real estate and financial entrepreneur who enjoyed helping others become homeowners. He found Christ at a young age and frequently could be found debating religious and philosophical issues with others. Kenny's favorite past times were reading, watching movies, listening to music, dancing and cooking.
He is survived by his children, Shavawna K. Jackson, Kendra T. Jackson, Kassaundra Jackson, Kenneth O. Jackson, III, Kenee L. (Jeremy) Jackson-Gaines, Erica (James) Fisher and Kirstin Jackson; mother, Kay; siblings, Kimble (Joyce) Jackson, Kerry (Christy) Jackson, Kirk Jackson, Kennetha Jackson, Kelly Laurent, Kristian (April) Jackson, and Korey Jackson; aunt, Wilma Dameron, and many loving grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Kenny was preceded in death by his daughter, Angel Williams; father, Kenneth Sr; grandparents, Joseph and Mary Lou Woods, and great-grandmother, Dixie Mullins Tooley.
A visitation for Kenneth will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at McGilley Antioch Chapel, 3325 NE Vivion Road, Kansas City, Missouri. Following the visitation will be a memorial service at 12:00 p.m.
